What is Karma?

Karma is the way in which we live our lives. It is action and reaction. It is the past, present and future experiences that make one responsible for their life and the pain and joy it brings. Karma is living a devoted life without the expectation of attachment. We are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own heaven and hell and are responsible for our own fate. We are born with past life karmic tendencies that can have an effect on our lives. These inherited tendencies sometimes play a greater role than our hereditary parental cells. Ignorance is the cause of karma. Our lives are conditioned by the past good and bad karma which is predominated at the moment of death. We are here to refine the spirit over and over again, to prepare it for the next life and this is how karma develops. We are re-birthing from the moment of birth.  We must destroy to purify. Humans live in the spirit body but we fight its abilities ( the rock and hard place) but when we honor and embrace the spirit we are preparing the world for kinder karmic happenings. Karma is about reforming yourself at any given moment. It is the cause of all suffering. It is how you choose to live your life, the way you’ll come back. If we live in evil ways we are then re-born an animal or other unfortunate being. Think of the way you live your life as an account balance and what you will inherit when you are reborn.

How does one let go of the suffering and enter liberation?

Suffering comes from being dishonest to those around you; it comes from not hearing your inner thoughts. We let go when we love ourselves more deeply, we first start by making a choice to want to be free. When one suffers we all suffer. A big part of suffering is because of stagnation, because of people unable to change as the world changes. When we adjust to the modern world it is a step into adapting to the new world, the newness of the self. We are coming into a new generation of youth that exists amongst us all. We begin by letting go of resistance and accepting all things as they are, loving all living things, being a part of the growth of humanity. The state of non-attachment is a place where we can be free. The immortal being of the earth, letting go of the falseness, the illusion and only knowing the truth. When we open the heart-giving and receiving nourish the suffering being. When we give forward and remove stigmas, the stagnation and open ourselves to receiving we then will be removed from the mind and the distraction of the ego and taking the chances will become the adventure, the passion, the moment we live for. When we judge we limit our time to loving someone.  When we suffer it is called samsara, it is when we attain liberation from samsara that we find true happiness.

What is shift?

Shift is the moment of transformation. We shift when we become enlightened, when consciousness is high. When we learn to listen to the silence of the moment then we are moving toward shift. It’s not about changing but rather about shifting your thoughts, removing the distractions that live within. Shift involves change, but change from the wholeness and universal collectiveness. How do you want to live in the next life?

How can I save my relationship and experience a deeper dimension of love?

Love is big and is everywhere. When we love ourselves we can save the planet. When we love the nature we can save the earth, when we love the children we can save life. So you want to be saved. You must first examine your soul and begin to consciously stay connected to your every move, thought and action. How much hate and fear have you lived in, how much of this are you carrying around with you. If you have this question then it is a time of re-surfacing, a time to look in and purify your thoughts. This is Tantra Wisdom, the place where we liberate the old thoughts into new ones. Where we open the heart and hear the sounds of youth, where we connect to all human beings and see the good and where we understand our nature of change and recycle.  To save your relationship you must first love and respect you. You need to get connected to your source so that the deep self is present. This is the dimension of the heart and soul the dimension you can bring to a partner.

What is emptiness?

It is transforming attachment into the path. Use the mind to meditate emptiness. We all have emptiness available to us. Some of us fill it with material things and others can feel its presence. Emptiness is nothingness. To be empty we must empty our cup of the self-grasping attitude which destroys our happiness and peace of mind. Because the sense of the existent “I”, “me” is so strong, our self-grasping also acts as the basis of all our problems. Imagine if we didn’t long for something, we could be free from samsara; the prison of life. The girl who had the octuplets talked about “this emptiness” inside that she lived with. Lots of us experience this loneliness and loss that we are faced with. So we self-grasp either by filling our homes and lives with material things or in her case a bunch of new borns. Same difference. But what is interesting is that she used the body to burn and purify as a ritual. Very intelligent as I see it. She was grasping so that her emptiness would go away by creating all these new people around her. Literally she was emptying from the body the new borns so that spiritually the way I see it as a purification to get empty from the self grasping person that she had become because of her only child syndrome growing up. So empty is there and it is through the mind that we feel its presence.

What is the difference between Tantra and Tantric Sex?

Tantra is the container and preparation for healthier, spiritual life. Tantra is a container to extend things for his/her pleasure. It practices to awaken the life force. The life force kundalini energy is the goddess energy in every body. It is  an honoring of the female Goddess energy, mother earth. When a man sets out to do this, his life becomes successful because it is the feminine nature that is responsible for life’s creations. Tantra sex is taking your time, being patient. Tantra sex is the actual practice of sacred ritualized spiritual sex. Tantra sex is a practice of cultivating sexual transformational energy which happens at a cellular level. One must first start by loving the self and the world around them. Honesty is part of being love.
